Quick vacation

I was on a vacation for most of February. I started from Austin, TX, on the 29th of January. I went to Las Vegas where I met my old school-mate Sandeep. I spend 3 days in Vegas and then went to Bangkok via San Francisco. Sandeep returned to Seattle. I had taken a a package for 3 days and stayed at the Ambassador Hotel. From Bangkok I went to Bangalore. I stayed in Bangalore for a week and then went to Kerala. I visited my parents in Trivandrum and my relatives in central Travancore. And now after all that travel I am back to office in Bangalore.

As I had mentioned in the earlier blog, I had my camcorder/digital camera with me throughout. I have uploaded a few (I am using a free account) of the photos to www.flickr.com. I just started capturing the video from the tapes to my computer. I have to learn the basics of digital video editing software and edit them. I am planning to try the Adobe Premier Pro

Initially I wanted to blog about my trip but now I am taking some time to just write about my experiences that are unique. I don't think I should repeat the same information about Bangkok or Vegas that is freely available on the Internet. So I will write my "unique" travelogue later :)
